This series of books produced by the MCTM Scholarship Endowment Fund (SEF) already has several grade-to-grade-transition titles available, with new volumes coming out by Summer 2011. Filled with fun and engaging activities, these materials help students maintain their mathematical understanding and skills over the summer break.
